I am the Senior Manager of Operations at AccuQuote, where I lead and oversee the daily operations of all Administrative Departments, including Case Management, Policyholder Services, and New Business. With a strong focus on efficiency, process optimization, and customer experience, I ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration across multiple teams.

Since joining AccuQuote in 2000 as a part-time General Office Clerk, I have built an extensive career, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility within the Administrative Department. My passion for customer service excellence, operational efficiency, and process improvement has been instrumental in my transition into a leadership role.

As Senior Manager of Operations, I have successfully implemented strategic process enhancements, developed career progression frameworks, and established departmental SLAs and KPIs to measure and drive operational success. In addition to leading my team, I work closely with the Sales Department and Insurance Carriers to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, family is at the core of everything I do. I love spending quality time with my wife, Magdalena, and our three wonderful children. Whether it’s supporting my kids in gymnastics, swimming, school, or education, I embrace every opportunity to be actively involved in their growth and experiences. With their ever-evolving schedules, they certainly keep me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Watching them grow, learn, and explore the world is one of my greatest joys.
